Flourishing citrus trees

Years ago I planted an orange and mandarin tree, and last year I added a lemon tree. With the new learnings I have gained from the University of Tasmania Science of gardening courses and in the Food Garden of the Royal Tasmanian Botanical Garden, finally I have started feeding the soil around them more frequently and more appropriately. The result is that all my trees are beginning to flourish, and provide a crop.

If I maintain my new habits, then I can look forward to unstunted trees and piles of fruit. Once upon a time people suspected that mandarins and oranges would not grow in this cooler southern Tasmanian climate, but they can and they do.
